No one would believe this is true unless they saw it with their own eyes. I believe in protecting our coast, and our enviroment. But the CCC doesn't care about the enviroment, they just care about hurting the people so that we cannot raise our families and protect our environment. What gives them the right to decide that we cannot fix our porches or that our beloved meadow is now an ESHA?! Why isn't the constitution applicable in the Coastal Zone?
